Content gap analysis, KPI implementation, campaign leadership with agencies and brands. I balance creative vision with the business outcome it has to hit — not one at the expense of the other.
Studio Strategy + Operations
Studios are not rooms. They're operating systems. I design and build studio environments for content, podcasting, livestreaming, live commerce, and events — built for revenue per square foot, not just for the tour.
